Ty Chance is a Portland, Oregon based photographer, bicycle safety educator, writer, and animal welfare educator. He is a New England native, at heart, but considers himself to be a citizen of the world. He was educated in New York City and San Francisco, in the fine arts, but somehow wound up in the safe and predictable world of finance. As an adopted, queer, trans person, who grew up half Italian and half Scottish/Irish, he considers himself to be quite multi-culti. He makes excellent pasta.
